What is the difference between a surge protector and an AC power surge protector?

Surge protectors have many names, also called lightning protectors, lightning arresters, SPDs, surge protectors, and overvoltage protectors. In fact, most of them refer to a product that is a surge protector.
AC power surge protectors are more likely to be called surge protectors in the industry, especially in the low-voltage electrical industry, which are generally called surge protectors. It is the AC power surge protector.
They both refer to a product, just named differently.
